- Discussion — We clarify the audience, objective, quantities, dates and stated constraints.
- Defining the need — We identify the materials and information that still need confirmation.
- Design or preparation — Depending on the accepted project, files may be created, adapted or supplied by the client.
- Approval — Files, specifications and responsibilities are confirmed before the agreed steps.
- Production — Production terms are those specified in the accepted proposal.
- Handover or delivery — Terms are agreed based on location, schedule and project.
